Babo icon emerges from the legendary tale of Al Baraq, a female centaur, the trusted mount of Prophet, who embarked on an extraordinary journey from earth and beyond. This event holds immense historical significance, with untold hidden narratives.

In our culture, and within my own family, the role of women in supporting and caring for their households and families often goes uncelebrated. They tirelessly ensure the well-being of their loved ones, placing themselves at the bottom of the priority list. But now, Babo steps forward, embodying the strength and resilience of these remarkable women. She shines brightly, illuminating the path for others to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements.

Babo's kitchen becomes the vessel through which I explore the love and comfort shared by the women in my family. It is a tribute, a homage to their unwavering support and the delectable dishes they have crafted with devotion. These recipes, infused with appreciation, are now shared with the world, connecting hearts and palates alike.
